Welcome back to Big Brother Secrecy. Last time we saw Krista disappear from the game by the hands of her fellow houseguests who also unexpectingly gave her the coveted Secret HOH title. She then nominated Lisa and Donna in hopes for Lisa, her rival, leaving. Valerie could have changed that all with her win of the first Golden Veto but she then decided to leave the nominations stand. In the end Donna was the one evicted from the house in a 6 - 0 vote. Tonight someone else will leave the house and will Krista finally re-enter?

As the Houseguests waited to start the next HOH challenge they all discussed Donna's unexpected exit...

Lisa: I'm so so happy! You were right, I was okay!
Valerie: Of course I was right, I wouldn't give you false hope.
Lisa: I know we're going to do so well together this game, what do you think of the challenge?
Valerie: It's interesting!
Lisa: It is, but I have no idea where to even start
Valerie: First thing I did was recolor my mask, now it is more my actual skin color. Probably a little more pink than I am though.
Lisa: Aw it's okay, I'm sure it'll look awesome! But wow, Donna seemed really upset about her eviction.
Valerie: She did.
Lisa: Gosh I don't really like drama!

Lisa

Wow Donna thought she had Brett, JD, James, and probably Val's vote since she's close to Brett. She probably thought I was dead meat but oops!
I swear, semi-allying with Valerie has been my best move that I didn't even want to make. She's keeping me safe for now, and Brett's vote comes along with her for as long as I need it. Without her this week, I would have had a tougher chance of staying. Yay for Valerie!

Brett: Are you all better now Val?
Valerie: Yup.
Brett: Good!
Valerie: *Gives Brett a big hug*
Brett: People think that we have an alliance now, Donna said it when she left the house.
Valerie: We? Who's we?
Brett: Us, everyone thinks that you told me to vote for Donna.
Valerie: I never told you how to vote, never have and never will!
Brett: I never told you either, and I never will. That really pissed me off how Donna tells everyone that right before she leaves!
Valerie: I know, I mean, come on!

Brett

Donna really pissed me off when she left. She told everyone that me and Val have an alliance, and we don’t! What we have is a friendship, not an alliance. It really makes me mad, but that's what you get for trying to be nice to everyone. In the end, you hurt people's feelings and then they hate you. I'm really mad right now and I don't know what to do. None-the-less, that was the toughest vote yet.

Everyone was then called into separate rooms and as they walked in they saw something covered by large blanket. They were told to not uncover the object until all the instructions were read...

For this HOH the houseguests were each given a blank mask that looked like this...

They were then told that each of them must decorate their mask to resemble themselves, each mask would then be graded by three judges and the person with the highest score would win the next secret HOH and nominate two people for eviction...

James and Eva finished first and after submitting their masks met in the backyard, being the only two sitting there they decided to talk, both were nervous...

Eva: Wow, I’m super stressed!
James: Aw really? I am too, I want to know who won HOH this week. I really liked my mask and hopefully the judges like it as well.
Eva: My mask was horrible, I spent like ten minutes on it and it has weird shapes.
James: Don’t worry, that could be considered creative.
Eva: Not really, I didn’t win, I know that for sure.
James: Well good luck to you, and even if you don’t win, I doubt you’ll be nominated.
Eva: Hopefully not.
James: I hear people want Valerie and Krista gone.
Eva: I heard people are throwing up my name out lately too.
James: If Valerie and Krista who do you think you'd vote?
Eva: It all would depend on the majority since I don’t really care who would be out.
James: I'd probably do Valerie because she is the most talked about person. With what I heard, she is more of a threat then Krista, and you said something about Brett and her being aliased I think .
Eva: Since the whole Donna episode everyone knows about the Val and Brett thing, so someone is trying to turn the drama towards me.
James: It's not me at all.
Eva: I don’t know, I’m getting so frustrated.
James: Me too.

After a few hours each houseguest submitted their masks, in secret of course and once finished they were all asked to go to the backyard. After everyone was done Krista walked through the door, everyone was excited but Krista didn't really seem to care.

The masks were graded by three judges by the name of Brit, Jawa and Matt, they were not told who the masks belonged to and graded purely on the look of the masks. Here are the masks ranked from lowest score to best, the winner is the one with the most points, each houseguests could get a possible 150 points, they were each graded on their originality, creativity, neatness, overall look, and effort...

Krista and JD
(0 Points)

Did Not Submit A Mask

Ellie
(100 Points)

Valerie
(106 Points)

Brett
(114 Points)

Lisa
(120 Points)

Eva
(133 Points)

And that means that the winner of the fifth HOH is...

James
(140 Points)

James of course couldn't keep his little secret, rushing right away to tell the first person he could find about his first win in Big Brother Secrecy...

Lisa

UGH I swear!!
I put SO much effort into this stupid mask thing and I still lose! James won, I know that, he told me, but I seriously am so, so annoyed that I thought I did something great and put two hours into it and somehow, I lost and I don't even get to know my score! :eep sigh::

James: JD you will never guess what.
JD: What?
James: I won HOH!
JD: You did? I didn’t even submit my mask!
James: Yup, I did! Who do you think I should nominate?
JD: Hmmm!! I think Valerie is the biggest threat, and Krista is just so inactive.
James: Well I do Valerie gone.
JD: I'll vote Valerie if that’s what we want to do, no problem!
James: I don't like her, and there is a lot of trouble with Brett and her being aligned, that’s the rumor at least. And by getting Valerie out that will settle the whole thing.
JD: But do you think Brett’s just going to come crawling back to us?
James: What do you mean?
JD: Because if Brett was aligned with Valerie and had intentions of going to the end with her, then its like, now that Valerie is gone he'll just come back to us and expect everything to be the same. So in my opinion, Brett shouldn’t just get a free ride just because he played both sides. You, me and Ellie all stayed loyal to the fact that we were sticking together. We could have all gone off and tried to make further alliances but we trusted each other.
James: Ok, yeah I see what you mean.
JD: Brett just went off and did his own thing, you know?
James: Yeah, but what if Brett is not aligned with them? What about just nominating Brett and Valerie together?
JD: True, I guess we should just try to find evidence of it.
James: Brett told me if Valerie was nominated and the majority wanted her to go then he'd vote her. Plus you don’t know especially with the hidden secret vote count.
JD: Yeah, he can just say anything, but Me/Ellie/Lisa will be enough votes right? Brett and Eva can vote against Krista if they want, but it is still 3 - 2.
James: Eva will probably vote for Valerie as well. I just talked with her.
JD: Oh you think? Very interesting.
James: Yeah, I have worked on Eva lately to get a feel for her because I don't really know her.
JD: I always just thought Eva/Gerald/Valerie were just all friends, so I just assumed Eva was buddies with Valerie, but maybe not.

JD:

James just told me that he is the new HoH this week! That is awesome news for me because he's part of my "alliance" that I have with Ellie. He has informed me that he is thinking of nominating Krista and Valerie which is amazing, Valerie needs to go! Things are looking great right now because if Brett is just stupid and tries to convince me to vote Krista out, that will be enough proof for Ellie/James to want to target him in the following rounds. Hopefully Eva can get tossed into that mix, because she too I think is aligned with Valerie. Krista will just fall out on her own short temper and lack of participation, leaving myself, Ellie, James and Lisa. That’s my ideal final four!!!

While James was blabbing his secret, Brett and Eva has one uncomfortable moment...

Brett: Can I ask you something?
Eva: Uh sure.
Brett: I’m not trying to be an ass or anything, but someone said that you're telling people me you and Val have an alliance. I don’t want to say who, because they asked me not to tell.
Eva: That is really weird, because I honestly didn’t say anything. The last thing I would want to do is for people to think I’m tied down to you guys. But then again, it is kind of logical that I would be with you guys, considering we are “friends of Gerald.”
Brett: See, but I’m not, I never even knew Gerald.
Eva: Yeah, but everyone sort of knew that Gerald is friends with me and Val, and people have been telling me that you and Val are in an alliance. So it is logical for us three to work together.
Brett: Everyone thinks that because of Donna’s outburst before she left. Me and Val are friends, but we don’t have any alliance, I’ll give my word on that.
Eva: This is really weird, because I have never breathed a word to anyone about me, you and Val. And the thing is, I don’t trust anyone else right now, and it is kind of weird that you won’t tell me who it is that told you.
Brett: I’m just respecting their wishing to not say, because I told them that I wouldn't.
Eva: Well, whoever it is obviously is lying.
Brett: I believe you, lately there has been a lot of hearsay and its all probably just a huge lie.
Eva: I think I might be able to guess who said it.
Brett: Who do you think said it? I’m not going to tell you if you are right, but who do you think?
Eva: Well, if you’re not gonna tell me if I'm right, then I’m not going to say anything.
Brett: That’s fair enough.
Eva: But I can honestly say, I haven’t done anything yet that is totally untrustworthy. I have been pretty true to my word this whole game.
Brett: Me as well, I don’t really trust too many people though with this whole secret bit, it is kind of hard to.
Eva: I know, especially with the HOHs. Every time someone is the HOH and I haven’t even been one yet, I get so anxious. I don’t know who put me up or who wants to put me up, it makes rumors fly around like crazy.
Brett: I know I haven’t been HOH either.
Eva: Yay to no HOH!
Brett: What the heck Eva, the two of the coolest peeps in the house and we haven’t even won HOH! We suck

Brett

Right now, my position in this game is very well. There is one scenario that can happen that could make it even better. Let me explain.
James claims to have influence of Lisa. If Lisa could somehow pull of this Next HoH, and James can get her to nominate Valerie and Eva, That means that our four person alliance totally dominates the vote. Although I will fight to keep Valerie in the game, against my wishes she will probably go. Even though I will vote for Eva to leave, nobody will know because the votes are Secret!
The only bad thing about this scenario is the fact that Valerie would probably be the one to go and I don't want her to leave. So I have to think of a way to:
1 - Get Lisa HoH
2 - Have her nominate Val and Eva..and...
3 - Convince everyone to vote Eva off.
If I can get those three things to happen next round, without anyone thinking I'm deceptive and without anyone getting mad at me, I'll be a happy happy man.

They were all then called into the kitchen, the key box of death was sitting on the kitchen table once again, the two people who did not receive a key would be the two people nominated by James this week...

Lisa........... you are safe

Eva............... you are safe

Ellie............ you are safe

James.................... you are safe

JD.............. you are safe

Brett.................... you are safe

With that the houseguests realized that KRISTA and VALERIE were the next two on the chopping block, the reasons for nominations were then read over the loudspeaker...

VALERIE - I think that your not all as what you seem here in the household. I feel there is something about you that your not being trustworthy about. Other than that your a very sweet person but I'm watching out and I don't get a good feeling with you at this point in time. Good luck!

KRISTA - You left the house for quite along time and I couldn't understand exactly why or what you did, so I'm a little bit worried about that. On top of that I haven't seen you very active around the house and I don't know if it's part of your strategy so I'm watching out and I don't get a good feeling with you either at this point in time. Good luck!

Nobody was shocked about the nomination of Krista but they were all pretty happy about Valerie being up on the block, well except Val herself...

Valerie

Herm. This is annoying. Being nominated really honestly sucks. And I wish I knew who put me here so I could strangle their little necks. Kidding. But I'd talk to them and get the real reasoning.

Ellie

For once I feel like I do not have anything to worry about. James has won HoH!!! This is the best news ever. He put up Valerie and Krista. Both great decisions. I think it's smarter to take out the threat at this point and that is definitely Valerie. Something funny happened though. James was saying how he "suggests" things to Lisa and she follows them. Pfft yeah right. Lisa is her own person. We're a team. Little do they all know. hehe

Lisa

As if you couldn't already tell, my heart is no longer really in this game. I'm here for Eva, and I'm scared that she may be going if the next HOH isn't ours. I trust her, no one else, and she deserves to win this. I just don't really care what happens to me at this point.

James

As of now only LISA and JD know that I'm HOH and I feel awful for not even telling ELLIE or BRETT quite yet. I just haven't had the window of opportunity to speak with them. I just really hope that not the whole house, especially VALERIE AND KRISTA since I nominated them, find out. That would make ME look so bad and I could be a target in the weeks to come. Today I talked with JD and EVA for quite a bit. I respect them both. They both have great attitudes and can carry on great conversations which I really admire about people. Talking is something that I really enjoy.

Everyone was then called into the backyard, it was time for a piñata contest aka reward challenge. Once they walked out they saw all of their masks staring them right in the face, what they were playing for this week was a chance to see how two people voted each week...

What the houseguests had to do was each round they would get to hit one of the masks but they only got one swing, the catch was that each of the masks were nameless, leaving everyone out of the loop of what mask they were actually hitting...

During the challenge Brett and Eva really went at it, each round they tried hitting each other's mask

Brett: Yes I hit it! Sorry whoever's that was.
Eva:
It's mine :(

Eva: I'll try that one with the hat on. Yes!
Host Joe: Eva has taken the mask with the hat on out of the running to win the reward
Brett: Okay then, I'll go for that one with the basketball head again.
Eva: What? Mine again?
Brett: Oops, sorry!
Host Joe: Brett that is a hit, you now have taken the basketball head mask out of the challenge

In the end only two masks remained and each only had one hit left, those two masks belonged to both Ellie and JD. Brett got to take the last hit...

Brett: Ok let me quick do eenie meenie minie mo! Ok I have to hit Ellie's, sorry Ellie
Host Joe: Brett, that is a hit! That means that JD's mask remains and JD has won the reward this week
JD: Sorry Ellie!
Ellie: It's ok, good job JD.
Brett: Go JD!

Once the reward challenge was over both Brett and Eva weren't happy about how the reward challenge went down...

Brett

Eva kinda had me wondering at the reward challenge. She had to have known that mask #5 was mine. She said her JD and Ellie shared who's mask was who's. Well Ellie knew what I had on my mask because I told her. You CAN'T tell me that Ellie didn't mention it. They had to have known. Yet, Eva continued to do it. So I had no problem knocking her out of that challenge last night. This also gives me reason to vote her off. Although I don't know for sure if she knew, it was kind of obvious. I took one look at the masks and I knew who's was who's. It wasn't hard at all to figure out. If she really felt bad about it she didn't have to lie. That really bugged me.
Even if she honestly didn't know, if she shared with the other two, why couldn't she have shared with me? This gives me good reason to nominate/evict her at this point of anyone else.

Brett: Why is Eva telling that me you and her have an alliance?
Valerie: I don't know.
Brett: I heard she was. Speak of the devil.

Eva then walked into the room, Brett didn't want a fight to start so he left Valerie alone hoping she would tell him what Eva said later...

Eva: I’m sort of confused.
Valerie: How so?
Eva: Well, today Brett was like, “ I don’t want to be on your ass or anything, but I feel like you should stop telling people that you’re with me and Val.”
Valerie: Wow really?
Eva: Yeah, apparently “some person” told Brett that I’m in an alliance with you two, and Brett is accusing me and I’m kinda ticked off about that actually. He wouldn’t tell me who it was that told because he, “respects that persons promise.”
Valerie: It's so confusing, I would never make something like that public.
Eva: What do you mean?
Valerie: Who I had an alliance with.
Eva: Well, me either, so obviously somebody guessed. He just makes so mad, he wouldn’t shut up and he kept saying that you and him have an alliance together.
Valerie: This house is confusing...honestly.
Eva: Too many secrets, and this isn’t even a secret. It’s a lie!
Valerie: I guess that I should’ve clarified.
Eva: But I don’t understand why Brett is making it into such a secret.
Valerie: *shrug* Beats me

As Eva left her room Valerie knew she could possibly be the one going this week with the new revelations she just learned, she had to make sure she would be the one safe this week...

JD: How do you feel about the eviction?
Valerie: I wish I could say that I was confident that I'd survive.
JD: I believe you will be safe, but you never know.
Valerie: Yeah!
JD: And finally the game will have all non-lazy players!
Valerie: I don't wanna leave, it’d be stupid to evict such a great player over a lazy one at this point if you ask me.
JD: No I agree.
Valerie: I feel bad though because I haven't gotten to know you as well as I would have wanted by this stage. That still wouldn’t make me vote you out over Krista since to me that just wouldn’t be right.
Valerie: Thanks, I appreciate it, I really do.
JD: No problem! James might be upset about things but I don’t think he would have enjoyed being evicted while nominated against someone like Krista.
Valerie: No one would be.
JD: Well we'll all breathe easier when Krista isn’t in the game after tonight.
Valerie: I breathed easily while she was disappeared. Lets do our introductions a trillion rounds late since I feel bad that I know nothing about you.
JD: I always felt like you hated me! You were probably busy and stuff when we tried to talk.
Valerie: I don't hate people easily.
JD: I have confessionals like "okay its official.. Valerie hates me"
Valerie: I don't hate you.
JD: No, I believe you now. I just was worried earlier since we weren’t tight, we didn’t talk as much up until now.
Valerie: I guess we never really had much to talk about
JD: Yeah, well obviously my name is JD, I live 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia. I'm a senior in high school and I work at a bank! How about yourself?
Valerie: I'm Val! I live 20 minutes outside of Harrisburg and I'm a junior in high school, I did remember from one of the group chats that we both live in PA by the way.

Lisa: Val what’s wrong?
Valerie: Being on the block sucks, and my life is just sucky.
Lisa: Oh that’s right, I was so upset. You can’t go this soon!
Valerie: But you will vote for her, right?
Lisa: Sure, you know that!
Valerie: I'm hoping that Krista goes...I really am.
Lisa: Me too, eek without you in the game I would just feel lost. I wonder who the HOH was.
Valerie: I have two guesses.
Lisa: Really?
Valerie: Yeah...JD and James.
Lisa: Oh, maybe you’re right, I wasn’t sure at all.
Valerie: It would make sense...
Lisa: You so have to stay though.

Brett: Do you know who everyone is voting?
Valerie: No.
Valerie: I'd hope Krista, I haven’t gotten a chance to talk to anyone yet.
Brett: I can’t vote my best friend out!
Valerie: I would hope that you would vote her out over me.
Brett: I will, and no changing that at all.
Valerie: I think Krista will go
Brett: I sure hope so.

Valerie

I better stay. Or all hell is breaking loose.
Not a good idea, now, is it? I don't want to go Landon on these people.

It was time for eviction and everyone settled into their appropriate seats, before the votes were made though both Valerie and Krista were asked to speak their peace to the voting houseguests...

Krista

I really have nothing much to say

Valerie

What do you think I'll say? I hate being nominated, it is the worst feeling on the face of the earth. Besides being evicted, which might very well happen. I should be able to stay, everyone knows that Krista is inactive and I'm active. Plus, I'm fairly well-liked, even if I barely know JD and James, who are the only people who have real...motive...per se, to put me up.

With that the voting began, Brett was up first...

Brett:

~Pros~

Val - She's a very close ally of mine. Great girl who can help me in the game.

Krista - none

~Cons~

Val - She'll get in the middle of my 4 person alliance.

Krista - Just one more person that I don't want in the game.

I VOTE TO EVICT....... KRISTA

Ellie:

Valerie is a sweet girl. I love talking to her and we have lots in common.

Krista isn't a threat to me or anyone.

Valerie has a tight bond/alliance with Brett and probably, Eva. She's a threat

Krista is never around and she doesn't care about this game.

I Vote to Evict.............. Valerie

Lisa:

I really don't have much to say about either of the two

I vote to evict.........

JD:

This week is crazy because I could eliminate my biggest threat or someone who just simply doesn't deserve to be in this game anymore.

Valerie is one of the few people left in this game who would probably go after me if given the chance. I still think that James is a higher priority on her hit list, but I still don't like the idea of her or Eva nominating me against him. I don't feel like I could trust her at all, so I'd love to see her evicted this week.

Krista is inactive. She doesn't ever socialize, she doesn't do confessionals, she has offered virtually nothing to this game. Brett has signaled to me that he wants to evict Krista because she's inactive... AKA he has an alliance with Valerie and doesn't want to lose her.

I vote to evict.... Krista
from the Big Brother house.

James:

I really hope I get to break the tie, and I just hope my plan works out

I vote to evict.........

Eva was up next and she still was debating on who to vote, as she passed James coming out of the diary room he gave her some advise...

James: Eva!
Eva: Huh?
James: You better vote for Valerie!
Eva: Okay.

Eva:

Ok I didn't have much time to think about this so I'm just going to go with who I think majority is voting for

I vote to evict..... Val

Now that everyone has voted let's go tell everyone who is evicted...

Host Joe: The 5th person evicted from the house is....

Krista
( 5 - 2 Vote )
(Krista received 2 penalty votes)

Krista then left the house with nobody following her, she was as silent as ever and showed no emotion, everyone hugged Val as she weeped happily, she really thought she would be going this week..

We now leave the house in a state of happiness for some but sorrow for others. Make sure to check back next time when one player's game becomes rejuvenating by a surprising win, but will they keep their secret or blame their HOH win on somebody else? Also a moment of realization hits Valerie as he learns who voted for her in the last eviction and also who nominated her. And you don't want to miss the next eviction where some alliances are shattered as the leader and follower of many alliances is evicted be their own. We will see you next time on, Big Brother Secrecy!
